Client Validation

RM Client Validation enables the organisation to maximize online cost recovery results. It ensures that client reference codes are entered correctly by validating them against the central client matter list. By eliminating invalid matter numbers, it's possible to maximize recovery rates while minimizing the effort required.

RM Client Validation works with any online service, including Westlaw®, Lexis®, PACER, BNA® and CCH®.  It goes beyond simply validating the format of matter numbers and validates against a current list of valid matters, sourced automatically from the firm's systems.

Researchers entering client references can select from a list of recently used matters, search for a matter (by number, client name or matter name), or can simply type the client matter number directly.
